Every year 5th June is celebrated as the World Environment Day (WED). It is a day which is celebrated for awakening the people about the environment.
The host nation for WED 2010 will be Pittsburg and its theme is “Many Species: One Planet, One Future” And it will focus on “Biodiversity- Ecosystem Management and the Green Economy”.
